Zada Lipman is an Emeritus Professor in the School of Law, Macquarie University. She has taught a number of subjects in the area of environmental law, including pollution law, hazardous waste management, contaminated land and planning law. She has published extensively in these areas and has co-authored five books and over sixty articles and chapters.
Zada is the Australian editor of the Environmental Liability Journal (UK) and is on the editorial board of the Environmental and Planning Law Journal.
Zada is a member of the IUCN – the World Conservation Union Commission on Environmental Law. She is a member of the Commission’s Special Working Group on Enforcement and Compliance and the Special Working Group on Oceans, Coasts and Coral Reefs.
