Dr Wing Hong Chui is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Social Science and the Programme Director of Bachelor of Social Science at the University of Queensland.
Prior to this, he held lecturing positions in the Department of Social Work and Probation Studies at the University of Exeter, UK, in the formerly School of Social Work and Social Policy at the University of Queensland, and in the School of Law at the City University of Hong Kong.
His areas of interest include social work, youth studies, criminology and criminal justice, and migration studies.
He has published articles in British Journal of Social Work, International Social Work, Journal of Social Work Practice, Howard Journal of Criminal Justice, European Journal of Criminology and Australian and New Zealand Journal of Criminology. He is the co-editor of two books, Moving Probation Forward: Evidence, Arguments and Practice (2003, Pearson Education) and Experiences of Transnational Chinese Migrants in the Asia-Pacific (2006, Nova Publisher).
