Dr Thalia Anthony’s research relates to the connections between colonisation, the criminal justice system and Indigenous people, and is grounded in her work with the Aboriginal Legal Service, Land Councils and public interest groups.
She has convened courses in Crime and Society, lectured in Criminal Law and in 2007 organised the Australasian Teaching Critical Criminology Conference.

She has published in the areas of Indigenous transgression and colonial policing and is presently a lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University Sydney.
