Michael Rawling

Michael Rawling has been teaching and researching in the fields of labour law and corporate law for over a decade. He has written a number of publications on one of his key research interests - the regulation of precarious work, particularly regulating supply chains for the protection of workers.

Michael is currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Law, University of Technology Sydney. From 2007 to 2010 he was a lecturer at the ANU College of Law, Australian National University. Prior to that he was as an Associate of the Ross Parsons Centre of Commercial, Corporate and Taxation Law at the Sydney Law School and taught at Macquarie Law School.

Michael obtained his PhD in law on the topic of supply chain regulation for the protection of workers from the University of Sydney in 2010.

Michael is a founding member and co-convenor, with Professor Richard Johnstone, of the Business Outsourcing and Restructuring Regulatory Research Network (BORRRN)(www.borrrn.org)
