Harvey T. Strosberg, Q.C. and Irwin Law Inc. are please to announce that the winner of the 2008 Harvey T. Strosberg Essay Prize for the best student essay on Class Actions in Canada is James Zaitsoff.
Mr. Zaitsoff recently completed his third year at the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Law. His prize-winning paper, “Two Steps Forward, No Looking Back: Confronting the Problem of the Indeterminate Plaintiff” will appear in Volume 5, Issue 2 of the Canadian Class Action Review. He will also receive a prize of $10, 000.
