Fergus ODonnell

Senior Counsel, Department of Justice, Ontario Regional Office. Graduate of the University of Toronto Law School. Mr. ODonnell heads the RCMP Integrated Proceeds of Crime Units in London and Newmarket Ontario. The units are responsible for proceeds of crime investigations in Toronto and Southwestern Ontario. They assist investigators, crown attorneys and foreign investigators to trace and seize the Canadian-based assets of criminals. Mr. ODonnell is a frequent lecturer on proceeds of crime and other criminal law topics at the Ontario Police College and at the Department of Justice in Toronto and Ottawa.
