Dr Patrick Keyzer is a Professor of Constitutional Law at Bond University and Director of the Centre for Law, Governance and Public Policy. He consults to numerous government departments on issues in public law and public policy.
He is a barrister who has represented clients in the Supreme Courts, the Federal Court and the High Court.
