Phil Larkin
Dr Phil Larkin is a lecturer in Public Policy at the University of Canberra. He has previously worked in the Clerks Department of the British House of Commons, the Australian Senate, and has lectured in politics at the Australian National University and the Universities of Sussex, Hertfordshire and Brighton in the UK. He managed the Democratic Audit of Australia project between 2005 and 2007.
