His Honour Harvey Crush

His Honour Harvey Crush, FRAeS retired as a Circuit Judge in 2001. Prior to his appointment to the bench, he was for 21 years the senior commercial litigation partner of a leading City of London law firm with a global practice. As a solicitor handling liability investigations and claims, he controlled aviation litigation in many jurisdictions worldwide. He acted for most of the leading UK independent airlines. He now practises mediation and arbitration at Quadrant Chambers in Middle Temple. He is a private pilot with current multi and IMC ratings. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, a Past Master of the City of London Solicitors’ Company, and Past Chairman of the British Association of Aviation Consultants.
