Ben Saul
Dr. Ben Saul BA (Hons) LLB (Hons) DPhil (Oxon) is a lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales, director of the Charter of Rights Project at the Gilbert + Tobin Centre for Public Law, and an associate of the Australian Human Rights Centre. Ben previously taught law at the University of Oxford and has published widely in international law, including a forthcoming book called Defining 'Terrorism' in International Law (Oxford University Press, 2006). Ben is a member of the management committees of the Refugee Advice and Casework Service and the International Law Association (Australian Branch).
