Matthew Groves
Dr. Matthew Groves is a former legal and policy adviser to the Chairman of the Victorian Bar. He has held many roles in government, including Clerk of the Executive Council of Victoria, adviser to several Committees of the Parliament of Victoria, and Associate to a Presidential member of the Commonwealth AAT.Matthew is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Law Faculty at Monash University and has published widely on administrative law and public administration. His most well-known work is the authoritative Australian book on judicial review, Judicial Review of Administrative Action (3rd ed, 2004), by M. Aronson, B. Dyer, & M. Groves.
