Paul Leadbeter

Paul has over 20 years of experience in private practice and academia in the areas of environmental law, land use planning law, and general public law. Commencing practice in 1982 at Stratford & Co., he went on to become legal officer for the City of Tea Tree Gully. He joined the firm Norman Waterhouse in 1985 where he remained as a partner until 1995. He then spent four and a half years as Director of the Australian Centre for Environmental Law and Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide Law School. He returned to Norman Waterhouse as a partner in 2001.
