Reg Little was an Australian diplomat from 1963 to 1989 in Japan, Laos, Bangladesh, Ireland, China, and the Caribbean. In Canberra, he worked on North Asia, Economic Organizations, and Policy Planning. He has language abilities in Japanese, Chinese, Russian, French, and Spanish and co-authored The Confucian Renaissance (also published in Chinese and Japanese) and The Tyranny of Fortune: Australia’s Asian Destiny.
