Kerry Petersen

Kerry Peterson is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and an associate professor of law at La Trobe University. Her research interests include the regulation of reproductive technologies, legal and ethical issues governing human reproduction, human rights and consent law, and medical law. She has co-edited, with Ian Freckelton, Controversies in Health Law (Federation Press, 1999); edited Intersections: Women on Law, Medicine and Technology (Ashgate, 1997), and written Abortion Regimes (Dartmouth, 1993).
