Jackson Taylor

Mr. Taylor graduated with degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Melbourne in 1997 and later received a Master of Laws degree in 2004. He specializes in corporate insolvency. As an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft's, Mr. Taylor has advised creditors, insolvency practitioners, debtor companies, and directors on the insolvency process. He now primarily acts for institutional creditors on restructuring financially distressed companies outside of formal insolvency proceedings.
