Richard Harding

Professor Harding was the founding director of the Crime Research Centre at the University of Western Australia. He continues to be involved in both teaching and research at the Centre. Professor Harding's research interests include gun control, penology, domestic violence, race, and corporate crime. In July 2000, he was appointed as the State's Inspector of Custodial Services, which is an independent office that reports directly to Parliament.
