Allan Anforth

Allan Anforth practises as a barrister in the Australian Capital Territory and nationally, predominantly in administrative law, employment law, and human rights. Comcare and related matters have formed a major part of his legal practice for at least the past decade. He has previously been a part-time member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and is currently a member of the ACT Residential Tenancies Tribunal and the NSW Consumer, Trader, and Tenancy Tribunal. Allan is co-author, with Tom Thawley, of the book Residential Tenancies Law and Practice New South Wales.
