Bryan Mercurio
Bryan Mercurio is Lecturer and International Trade and Development Project Director at the University of New South Wales, Faculty of Law. He lectures in International Trade Law, International Business Transactions, Intellectual Property, and Public Law. His primary research interests are in the areas of international trade law and public law. He has published several articles and book chapters and is co-author of WTO Dispute Settlement Understanding: A Detailed Interpretation (Kluwer Law International, 2004).Bryan joined the UNSW Faculty of Law in 2002 as Director of the Electoral Law Project at the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law and took up his position as Lecturer with the Faculty in early 2004. Prior to joining the faculty, Bryan practiced law in both the United States and Australia.
