Stephen Bottomley
Stephen Bottomley is a professor of commercial law in the Faculty of Law at The Australian National University. His research interest is corporate law, particularly governance and accountability in the private and public sectors. He is the co-author of Corporations Law in Australia (2002, 2nd ed.), Law in Context (3rd ed.), and Directing the Top 500: Corporate Governance and Accountability in Australian Companies (1993).
