Suzanne Corcoran

Suzanne Corcoran is an emeritus professor of law at Flinders University in Adelaide and a professorial fellow at the Australian National University in Canberra. She has more than 20 years experience as a barrister and solicitor in the private sector and has published widely on the theory and practice of corporate law and on the history of corporations. She has also worked as a consultant to the auditor-general of South Australia and other government departments and agencies and is a member of several Commonwealth and State government boards. She was the founding editor of the Australian Journal of Legal History.
