Bradon Ellem

Bradon Ellem teaches in the Work and Organisational Studies discipline in the School of Business at the University of Sydney. He is the author of In Women’s Hands? A History of Australian Clothing Trades’ Unionism and several articles and chapters on unionism in the cold war, current union strategy, and local industrial relations. His major interest now lies in the intersection of the disciplines of human geography and industrial relations, applying this to a study of the Pilbara’s iron ore industry. He and John Shields are contributing to a forthcoming study of the history of electoral politics in regional New South Wales.
