Peter Bayne

Mr. Bayne has been teaching in law schools since 1966, and has held appointments in numerous countries around the globe. His particular areas of research interest include administrative law, consitutional law, the laws of evidence, and Australian legal history. Mr. Bayne holds an LLB from the University of Melbourne, and a JD from the University of Chicago. He is a barrister and solicitor of a number of courts, and is a former senior member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal of the Commonwealth.
