Leslie Zines

Leslie Zines is an Emeritus Professor and has been a Visiting Fellow in ANU's Research School of Social Sciences Law Program since 1997. He was a University Fellow at the Australia National University from 1994 to 1999. In 1992/1993, he was Arthur Goodhart Professor of Legal Science at Cambridge University. Before that he was a member of the Faculty of Law, ANU, for 30 years (1962-92), including Professor of Law from 1967 and Robert Garran Professor from 1977. He taught mainly on the subject of Commonwealth Constitutional Law and the Law of Trusts. His chief research interests are in Australian and comparative constitutional law, federalism, and the European Union.
