Yuwa Wei
Dr Yuwa Wei was a commercial law lawyer and a civil servant in China before coming to Australia in 1994. Upon completion of her LLM and PhD in Australia, she was appointed as a lecturer in the Law School, Victoria University of Technology. She was also appointed an Honorary Professor by Harbin University of Science and Technology in 2002.Currently, she is a lecturer in the Law Faculty at Monash University. She has published widely on comparative corporate governance and investment law. Her most recent publications include Comparative Corporate Governance: a Chinese Perspective (Kluwer Law International, 2003).
