Denis W. Boivin

Denis Boivin, B.Soc.Sc., LL.B., LL.M., is Professor of Law at the university of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. A graduate of Yale Law School and a Fulbright Scholar, he teaches Insurance Law, Remedies, and Torts, and has written several articles on these subjects, in both English and French. Professor Boivin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is the recipient of several awards for teaching and scholarship, including the 1999 Canadian Association of Law Teachers Award for Scholarly Writing.
