Shaun Finn is a student in the Faculty of Law at Laval University. His paper, "In A Class All Its Own: The Advent Of The Modern Class Action And Its Changing Legal And Social Mission," will appear in Vol. 2 Issue 2 of the Canadian Class Action Review to be published in December 2005.
