Book release in honour of International Human Rights Day

International Human Rights Day is marked every year on 10 December to commemorate the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948. Human Rights Day 2004 is dedicated to human rights education in honour of the conclusion of the Decade on Human Rights Education (1995-2004).
