David Mullan Named City of Toronto Integrity Commissioner

Toronto City Council has announced the appointment of David Mullan as the city's first Integrity Commissioner. Professor Mullan, who retired from the faculty of law at Queen's University in January of this year, is a distinguished constitutional and administrative law scholar. He is the author of Administrative Law in Irwin Law's Essentials of Canadian Law series and co-editor (with Allan Manson) of Commissions of Inquiry: Praise or Reappraise.
Professor Mullan will take up his duties as Integrity Commissioner on September 1.
