David Gourlay is a third-year student in the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto. His paper, "A Class Act Comes of Age: Costs and Certification as the OLRC Report Turns Twenty" will appear in the second issue of the Canadian Class Action Review to be published in June 2004. David will also receive a prize of $10,000.
